Why?

Why can't I win the lotto so I could just get up whenever I want to every morning, go for a run, and then make cupcakes?

Coincidentally, I'd like to be able to get up when I want and eat those cupcakes. I'll skip the running bit though.

I've got several people I would love to employ if I won, I'd be helping the economy, right?

I'd enjoy the cupcakes too, but at least I'd have plenty of time to work them off at my home gym!
