I just made two loaves of banana bread in about ten minutes. I can't believe how much longer it takes if I have to do all of the mashing and mixing by hand. Never again!
Now I have time to, oh, I don't know, JOG or something. I have a feeling I'd better start. There seems to be quite a lot of baking in my future.

I love mine. Some day I'm going to get the pasta maker attatchment. Fresh pasta cooks in three minutes.

It is Sugar Plum, and it's an Accolade™ 5Qt Tilt-Head Stand Mixer. Can't even get this color anymore - I found it in the discontinued section of the website so it was only $200.
I looooooove it. And actually I was eyeing the pasta stuff too.
