Get this.. MY son has shorts on today also. When I grilled him about it at 11:50 when he finally got his ass out of bed (and the shower it seems).. he said.. no one washed my laundry Wednesday, I had no more pants. (long hard stare at him here). He didn't sort his laundry.. so Neal didn't wash it. BUT, he is perfectly capable of doing his own wash.. and chose not too. You want to wear shorts and freeze your ass off because you're lazy.. go right ahead.

well he COULD grow up to be a FedEx or UPS driver--- I swear those guys wear shorts well into winter!
