Don't you remember, he was about 8 months old when he "found" his toes? In an ever loving quest since then, he has been searching for THE way to munch on those toes, even through his brand new socks you JUST bought him.
either that or he needs a nail clipping kit for the new year and instructions on how AND WHEN to use them!
